3 ounces ground turkey breast

2 tablespoons crumbled low-fat feta

1 tablespoon chopped mint

1/4 lemon, grated zest of

1 small pita bread


1. Mix first 4 ingredients. Form into patty. Broil 5 minutes per side. Stuff into 1 small pita.
