1 crab shell; cleaned

salmon scraps; belly and bones

2 large onions; quartered

2 heads of garlic; smashed

2 bay leaves

10 c water

1 tsp dill weed

1 tbsp basil

2 large pinches of salt

1 tbsp peppercorn

1 tbsp old bay seasoning

2 strips of bacon end fat


1. Literally just throw everything in a large pot. Bring to boil and reduce to low. Cover and simmer 5-8 hours.
