1Tbsp. oil

1lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

3cups small broccoli florets

1 onion, chopped

1cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1-1/4cups instant white rice, uncooked

1tub (8 oz.) Cream Cheese Spread

2Tbsp. milk

1tsp. Italian seasoning

1cup Shredded Italian Five Cheese


1. Heat oven to 375ºF.

2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli and onions; cook and stir 5 min.

3. Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.

4. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese. Cover.

5. Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
