2 Ounces smoked salmon

1 Tablespoon cream cheese

1/2 medium tomato


1. Cut off stem end and bottom of tomato, then slice in half.

2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each tomato half. Top each tomato with slices of salmon.

3. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
