4 ounces cream cheese

2 tblspns peanut butter

2 tblspns butter

2 eggs

1 tspn vanilla essence

1/4 cup sugar

2 tblspns cocoa, sifted


1. Put the first 3 ingredients in a medium size microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH about 30 seconds to soften the cream cheese and butter. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into a lightly greased round glass or ceramic quiche pan or pie plate. Microwave on 50% power 5-6 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes, until the center is set, but still soft. Cool and chill before serving.
