Ingredients:

1 lb. uncooked chicken, cubed

1 (26 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup white wine or milk

1 can corn, drained

1 16-oz bag of frozen peas and carrots

1 small onion, chopped

4 oz mushrooms, chopped

1 t dried basil

1 t dried thyme

1/2 tsp. sage

1/2 tsp. pepper

3 red potatoes, sliced thin

Directions:

1. Put all of the ingredients except the potatoes into the slow cooker. Mix well.

2. Layer the potato slices on top of the chicken mixture. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
