1 chicken gravy layer

2 white sauce layer

3 potatoes layer

Chicken 1/2 kg

Pizza sauce

Gg paste


Chinese salt a pinch

Capsicum 1 cubed

Onion 1 medium cubed


Crush red peper

Boil 5 big potato

Cream cheese 4 tabsp


1. Heat oil in a pan add onion don't more keep the onion in translucent stir it in oil then add Gg paste stir it a bit then add chicken stirr it till color changes.

2. Add salt, crush red peper, ur favourite veges, pizza sauce chinese a pinch black peper nd mix herbs nd thrn stir it when chicken is tender. Set aside.

3. White sauce: maida, milk, butter, cream 1, garlic paste, chicken cube, black peper, mix herb, cheddar cheese.

4. Heat butter in a sauce pan add garlic paste don't heat more then add maida keep out from strove nd then add milk quickly so no lumps re left then add cream stir it then open ur strove stir it fast bd add ur cream cheese, chicken cube (take 2 tabsp of warm water dissolve cubes), mix herb, Cheddar cheese black peper.

5. Taste the sauce of salt is needed then add otherwise in ur chicken cubes salt is already in it.

6. Potatoes layer: potato, butter 50 gram, cream cheese 4 tabsp, mix herbs, salt, black pepper.

7. Mash the potatoes then add butter cream cheese mix herbs, salt, peper mix it properly you can also add 1 to 2 teaspoon white sauce in mash potatoes.

8. Layering – first spread the chicken gravy, then white sauce, then mash potatoes, used back of ur tbsp. nd. Crave it all, then on the top sprinckles with Cheddar cheese.

9. Bake it for 15 to 20 mins till it cheese melt nd become golden brown. Serve with hot garlic rice nd whatever you want.
