5-6 oz salmon fillets

2 tbs fresh chopped parsley

3 cloves of chopped garlic

1 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard (brand of your choice)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbs olive oil

1 tbs fresh lemon juice


1. Pre heat oven to 450.

2. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except for fillets), mix well.

3. Place Salmon Fillets on a lined baking sheet. Using a basting brush, brush salmon with mixture on both sides. Top with lemon slice.

4. Bake for 12 minutes. Serve with side dishes of your choice.
