1/2-1 bunch romaine lettuce, roughly chopped

1-2 apples, chopped

1 banana, chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup water

1 cup ice


1. In a blender, combine romaine, apple, banana, cinnamon, ice and water.

2. Blend on the highest speed until smooth and creamy.
