2 cups frozen hash browns

1-2 cups diced ham

1/2 bell pepper diced

1/2 onion diced

1-2 cups shredded cheese

10 eggs

1/2 milk

salt & pepper


1. Spray or grease casserole dish. Layer hash browns, ham, peppers, onions, shredded cheese. Season with some salt and pepper.

2. Mix eggs and milk. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients. Bake at 375F for 40-50 mins.
