Ingredients:

2 cans of biscuits

1 lb of pork sausage

7 large eggs

1 cup of cheese

salt and pepper

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix the biscuits with the eggs and whisk gently to coat. Let set for 20 to 30 minutes.

2. In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage then mix it with the biscuit mixture and cheese. Pour the mixture in a casserole dish.

3. In a preheated oven to 400° bake for 22 minutes and enjoy!
