30 ounces Shredded Hash Browns

¼ cup Butter, melted

2 teaspoons Salt

1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

12 ounces Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

16 ounces Sour Cream

1 large white onion, diced


1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns and melted butter. Add remaining ingredients, stir until incorporated. Place into a 13x9-inch baking dish.

3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 30 minutes or until top is golden and crisp.

4. Tip To save time in the morning, casserole can be assembled and refrigerated the night before.
