2 lbs stewing beef

4 carrots, cut up

2 onions, cut up

4 potatoes, cut up

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with below

1⁄2 cup water


1. Layer in large casserole or Dutch oven in order given.

2. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Note This can also be cooked in a crock pot on high.
