1 lb lean ground beef

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. divided

⅓ cup 2% milk

2 ½ tablespoons sour cream

¾ onion powder

¼ pepper

1 32 oz frozen tater tots


1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.

2. Stir in the soup, ½ cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper. (and corn if you choose to make yours with corn). Place ½ of the bag of tater tots in a greased baking dish.

3. Layer with beef mixture and remaining tater tots.

4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
