1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 oz sour cream

12 oz uncooked egg noodles

1 pound ground beef / minced beef

1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated


1. Brown ground beef and drain. Boil noodles until tender and drain.

2. In a bowl combine soups and sour cream. Add beef and noodles. Mix well.

3. Pour int a 10 x 13 ovenproof dish. Cover with foil.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Top with Parmesan cheese.
