2 cups chopped or shredded chicken (grilled, sautéed or baked)

2 cups cooked elbow pasta

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup water

1 packet dry italian dressing mix (0.7oz)

1 12 ounce package broccoli florets (steamed)

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the parmesan cheese together in a 3 quart casserole dish.

2. Cover and Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top, return to oven and back for about 10 more minutes uncovered.
