Ingredients:

1 kg chuck/casserole steak, diced

1 onion, diced

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp dry beef stock powder

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes

Directions:

1. Add beef, onion, tomato paste and stock to slow cooker. Mix well to combine. Pour whole cherry tomatoes on top.

2. Cook on low for 4.5 hrs.

3. Give it a good stir and tomatoes will break down into the meat.

4. Allow to cook for another 30 mins prior to serving.
