1 cup semi sweet Chocolate semi sweet bar

1 cup Chocolate Drink Mix

1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 whole eggs

2 egg yolks

6 tablespoons of flour

additional powdered sugar for dusting


1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Butter and flour 4 small custard cups

3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and Chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds (or until butter is melted).

4. With a whisk, mix together chocolate and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and mix. Then add flour and mix.

5. Pour or spoon batter into custard cups and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. (cakes are done when sides are firm and middle is soft)

6. Allow to cool for about 4 minutes then slide a knife around rim to separate. Place serving plate upside down over top and flip over.

7. Dust with Powdered sugar and place whipped topping or ice cream on side. Garnish with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
