Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cake flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1/2 butter (melted)

4 ripe mashed bananas

2 eggs

1/2 vanilla essence

11/2 fine sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1/8 cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven (250°c). Line a standard 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.

2. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder/ soda, and salt. To the flour mixture add butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Stir to incorporate flour mixture.

3. Bake for 2530 mins or till ready.

4. Honey cinnamon frosting. Mix 3 last ingredients.
