2 cups pretzels, crushed

3/4 cup butter, melted

3 tbsp. white sugar

3 tbsp. brown sugar

1 cup sugar

8 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces cool whip

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup whipping cream

2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert

1 (16 ounce) sliced strawberries

1 1/2 cups boiling water


1. Crust: Combine the first 4 ingredients. Press into 9" x 13" baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

2. Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, cream and 1 cup sugar.

3. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.

4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

5. Stir in strawberries, Chill until partially set (about 1 hour) and spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until set, about 2 hours, and serve.
