2 tbsp butter

1 1/2 cup cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

3 egg yolks beaten

1 tbsp vanilla

2 cups all purpose flour sifted

1 tsp baking powder

3 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Celsius.

2. Grease square pan and dust with a little flour. Put on top of a larger pan with 1/4 of the pan filled with water. On a saucepan on low fire pour in butter, cheese, milk and sugar. Stir continuously until there are no lumps.

3. Remove from fire. Add in eggs, flour and baking powder.

4. Mix well. On a stand mixer, whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks forms.

5. Fold in flour mixture until well incorporated. Pour into pan and tap pan a little to remove bubbles.

6. Bake for 10-20 minutes until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool but can be eaten warm.

Bon Appetit!
