Ingredients:

¾ cup oat flour

1 scoop vanilla

¾ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 t honey

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp coconut oil, melted

2 t dark chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Mix oat flour, Vanilla IdealLean, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Next, add almond milk, agave nectar, vanilla, egg, and melted coconut oil and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

2. Using a ¼ cup, pour batter on a hot griddle. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is golden brown, flip and cook until both sides are done. Enjoy!
