200 g raspberries (or a red fruit mix, fresh or frozen)

80 g protein powder, chocolate flavor

5 g cacao powder

2 egg whites

100 ml water


1. Pre heat oven at 180°C. Mix all ingredients together.

2. You can make 10 cookies by putting 10 ‘balls’ on a baking paper.

3. Or you can use silicone cupcakes and make 10 raspberry chocolate protein cupcakes. This will be the same.

4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

5. It’s important to let them cool completely before eating them. When they’re still warm they tend to be too soft / liquidly.
