1 banana

2 eggs

2 cups quick oats

2 tbsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp. no sugar added apple sauce

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk


1. Add all to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add to preheated waffle iron sprayed with Pam or if making pancakes to a hot pan.
