saffola peppy tomato oats 40 g.

saffola active oil 2 tsp. 5 ml.

cumin seeds 1 tsp 2 g.

carrot ½ cup 100 g.

capsicum ½ cup 50 g.

onion ½ cup 50 g.

salt to taste

black pepper powder ¼ tsp 1 g.

spinach tortilla 2 100 g.


1. Cook the Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats as per the direction. Let them cool.

2. Heat Saffola active oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.

3. Add carrot, capsicum, onion, salt to taste and black pepper powder and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

4. Keep a spinach tortilla on a plate. Spread some oats on top.

5. Keep some vegetable filling in the center and make a tight roll.

6. Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
