1 lb. breakfast sausage, not the hot this time.

2 c. bisquick baking mix

1 8oz. package extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup finely diced onion

1/4 cup finely diced celery

1/2 tsp. garlic powder


1. Combine all the above ingredients very well by hand until it has all come together.

2. Roll into 1" balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

4. These freeze really well uncooked.
