1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

1 cup flaked coconut

1/2 cup honey

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup oil


1. Combine toasted almonds with oats, coconut and cinnamon.

2. Blend honey with oil and drizzle over almond-oat mixture, tossing to mix well.

3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from oven; loosen with spatula; cool.

5. Microwave Directions:combine as above in glass baking dish.

6. Cook on high 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes; cool.
