chicken breast x3

green, red, yellow pepper

1 onion

1 can diet cola,

2 chicken stock cube crumbled

8 tbsp passata

4 tbsp tomato purée

1 tsp garlic granules

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp dried mixed herbs

salt & pepper to taste


1. Add all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on slow for 6 hours.

2. If your about the house take the lid off for the last hour to allow it to thicken up the sauce if your not around add a tbsp of smash powder (free of syns) this helps thicken it quickly.
