6-8 oz cooked chicken
1 zucchini, cut thick quarters
3 campari tomatoes or 2 romas, cut
oil for saute
salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder
1. Heat oil and add zucchini, saute 2-3 minutes.
2. Add pulled or chopped chicken and seasoning, about 3 more minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, turn to low and cover about 2 minutes more.
4. Served with a salad and bread.
