2 lbs Brussel Sprouts

1 onion thinly sliced

4-6 slices of bacon cut in 1/4 inch slices and cooked crispy


1. Remove from pan and reserve bacon grease.

2. Cut ends off of Brussel sprouts and cut in half.

3. Cook onion in bacon grease until soft.

4. Add halved Brussel sprouts and cook with onion until tender.

5. Crumble bacon pieces and mix with Brussel sprouts and onions.
