1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1-pound cauliflower

1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper, to taste


1. Steam or boil cauliflower until soft. Frozen or fresh is fine, whichever is easiest for you. I used frozen tonight, cooked according to package directions.

2. While cauliflower is cooking, brown hamburger. Drain off grease. Add cauliflower, seasonings and cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
