1 12oz bag of broccoli slaw

1/4 cup reduced fat olive oil mayo

1/4 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt

1 tsp sugar

1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (depending on your preference)

1/4 tsp dry mustard

salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large bowl whisk together the mayo), Greek yogurt, sugar and vinegar. Add in the bag of broccoli slaw and toss well combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
