6 -8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1⁄3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon (to taste)
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1. Melt butter in skillet, add the sliced apples; add a little water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
2. Add brown sugar Splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg if using, stir & cover, cook about 5 minutes.
