Ingredients:

2 oz Cream Cheese

2 eggs

2 tbs coconut flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

dash of salt (brings out the flavors)

dash of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together.

2. This recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes.
