diced red and green peppers
sliced (ringlets) of purple onion
garlic powder to taste
mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
parmesan cheese to taste
1. Cover your chicken with the pizza sauce and add your vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and add your mozzarella cheese. Let sit until melted. Add parmesan to taste.
