Ingredients:

1 tablespoon flax seed

1 banana

1⁄2 cup frozen berries (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and or strawberries)

1⁄2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon wheat grass powder (Green Vibrance)

Directions:

1. Place all in a blender and blend till smooth. If you use fresh berries you can add ice cubes.
