5 nice size jalapeno peppers halfed length wise & seeded
1 lb ground pork/beef
1/2-pound bacon
1 block room temp cream cheese
2 cloves minced garlic/or two teaspoons dried garlic
1. Cook ground pork/beef and garlic until just done.
2. Mix cream cheese in with ground meat.
3. Stuff meat mixture into the halfed & seeded peppers.
4. Wrap peppers in bacon.
5. Place peppers on a sheet of foil on the grill.
6. Cook until bacon is done. Can be done in the oven at 450 until bacon is done.
