4 tomatoes

1 avocado

1 slice bacon


Italian salad dressing (brand of choice)


1. Hold your tomatoes horizontally and cut near the top and bottom, so you have a top and bottom for a sandwich. Save the middle part to eat by itself or for something else.

2. Place a bed of lettuce on your tomato slice.

3. Grill or bake your bacon until done and crumble on one slice of tomato. Add Avocado slices and top with Italian Salad Dressing and the other half of your tomato.
