12 skin-on chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup garlic sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1. Place the drumsticks in a large glass baking diss in a single layer. In a bowl, whisk honey, and the garlic sauce until combined. Pour over the chicken and let marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
2. Place an oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees. Bake the chicken uncovered for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Then broil for 2-3 minutes until the skin is caramelized into a deeper golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juiced to be reabsorbed before serving.
