Ingredients:

1 lb crabmeat

1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped

1 cup celery, finely chopped

2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt

1 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.

2. Serve on salad greens, toast or enjoy it.
