Ingredients:

1 large banana

2 cups gf oats

1 1/4 cups almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients (except egg) until smooth.

2. Add egg & pulse till fully mixed.

3. Heat pan (with a little coconut oil, when hot pour in batter (1/4 cup per pancake).

4. Brown in both sides (2-3 mins). Add favourite topping & enjoy.
