Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless Tyson chicken breasts, diced

1 cup Kraft mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt or half cup of each, mixed together

1 cup fresh shredded Kraft Parmesan cheese

1 tsp McCormick seasoned salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp McCormick garlic powder

Directions:

1. So basically, you put the chicken in a baking dish sprayed down with Pam or something similar, mix everything else other than 1/4 cup of the parmesan together, spread that over the chicken, put the remaining cheese on top of that, and bake in an oven at 375 F (preheated) for 30-35 minutes.

2. There will be some excess moisture after you’re done, but no worries; the chicken still should have a nice, medium brown crust on it, and once you drain off the fluid (just use a slotted spoon to keep everything in the dish while you’re draining it), you’ll be good to go.

3. This goes wonderfully well served over zoodle noodles( or whatever noodles you prefer) or brown rice. For sides, something like corn and a simple garden salad goes nicely with it.
