Ingredients:

25 g. of your favorite protein powder

1 whole egg

1 egg white

50 g. Greek yogurt

optional: 5 g. raw cocoa, fresh fruits, stevia

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them until combined, no big lumps. Pour waffle batter into the silicone mould. Make sure to fill all corner.

2. Bake 12-15 minutes until the waffles look golden brown. Take out of the oven and flip the mould. The waffles should come out easily. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
