Cheesy Roasted Broccoli Patties

2 tsp. vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic minced

½ onion chopped

1 (12 oz.) bag frozen broccoli

¾ c panko a variety of flaky bread crumb used in Japanese cuisine

½ c sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 c parmesan cheese

2 eggs



1. Preheat oven to 400. Sauté the garlic and onions, seasoning to taste.

2. Dry the broccoli as much as possible. Add panko, onion/garlic mixture, cheeses eggs and salt/pepper. Mix well. Form into patties. Place on pan. Bake 15 min until light browned and crispy. You can also make this with 1/2 broccoli and 1/2 cauliflower!
