Ingredients:

11 oz. can Mexican Corn

15.5 oz. can Black Beans

14 oz. Cooked cubed Chicken

package of Taco seasoning (sodium reduced)

1/2 cup of water

Directions:

1. Cook cubed chicken in a skillet the add seasoning with water. Once it cooks down add corn and beans. Let is simmer for a few minutes.

2. Serve your way. Makes 5 servings. Filling: Calories 272, Fat 4 g, Fiber 8.5 g.
