1 pound chicken tenders
1/2 cup light Italian dressing
1 tbsp. sugar-free honey
1.5 tsp. fresh lime juice
1. Mix light Italian dressing, lime juice, and sugar-free honey.
2. Place chicken tenders in a ziploc freezer bag and pour marinade over chicken tenders to cover. Seal bag and give it a shake to cover chicken completely.
3. Marinade chicken for 2-3 hours.
4. Cook chicken tenders in a non-stick pan or grill pan over medium heat until chicken is golden in color and cooked through.
