Chicken breast or seafood
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Zest of 1 lime
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Optional –coriander stalks, garlic
Corn Tortillas grilled
Shredded iceberg lettuce
1. Marinade the seafood/chicken in fridge for 30 minutes (max 2 hours). Only use lime zest. If you use lime juice it will start to cook the prawns like a ceviche.
2. Cook on medium grill for 2-3 minutes (for seafood – a few minutes longer for chicken).
3. Put all the ingredients on the table and let everybody assemble their own tacos.
