2 ¾ small Red apples
1 cup carrots that is coarsely grated
1 1/2 cups vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
5 cups green cabbage that is coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
5 cups red cabbage that is coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1. Combine Red apple, carrots, raisins, sunflower seeds and cabbages in very large bowl.
2. To blend, whisk yogurt, Olive oil, vinegar and dill in medium bowl.
