2 medium sweet potatoes sliced into 1-2 inch chunks
1 pound bacon
olive oil to drizzle
toothpicks (soaked in water)
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Wrap each sweet potato chunk, with half a slice of bacon and secure with a tooth pick.
2. Place them on a lined cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with chili powder.
3. Bake for 10 minutes and turn over and sprinkle the other side with chili powder. Bake other side for another 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
