1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking Soda

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

3 cups peeled and chopped apples


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan. In a mixing bowl, mix together well, all of the above ingredients, except for the pecans and apples. The batter will be stiff, Lastly, fold in the pecans and apples Spread into the pan and bake for 45 minutes. The apples will moisten this cake while cooking. Delicious!
